Wellsite Abandonment & Reclamation Training Program – Siksika Nation The National Energy Business Centre of Excellence (NEBCE) of the Indian Resource Council is hosting an 8-day Wellsite Abandonment and Reclamation Training Program in your community April/May 2022. The objective of the training to enhance technical skills of men and women who are otherwise unable to access safety ticket and wellsite abandonment and reclamation training.
