Quality Control Service Area (QCSA)
Vision: To significantly improve engineering and project management workflows to deliver high quality projects
Quality Control Organizational Chart:

QCSA is aimed toward detecting and preventing specific design-related, bidding, tendering process, and process-specific causes for potential errors during development and construction through effective quality planning, “this is the essence of the QCSA”.
QCSA will strive for the cooperation and communication with Quality Partners (QPs) for specific quality data, derived corrective measures, ISC/CSA/ASTM/ACI/APEGA/ABC specific requirements and the change management for the purpose of traceability.
