Siksika Membership is hosting their 4th Status Card Clinic at Sunpark Plaza (60 Sunpark Plaza SE) until 3:00PM today.
Tomorrow, January 30, is the final day of the Status Card Clinic. Services to update or obtain your Status Card will be available from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Siksika Group of Companies building.
Please remember to bring one of the following:
- Driver’s License (Government Issued ID)
- Birth Certificate
- Passport
- Alberta Health Care Card
For children, please bring their birth certificates and valid parent/guardian ID.
Status cards cost $10.
These clinics are for Siksika Nation members only.
