This is a friendly reminder about the upcoming Siksika Membership status card clinic dates being held throughout the month of February. The first clinic will be taking place tomorrow.

Location: Siksika Group of Companies (formerly S.R.D.L)
Time: 9:30AM – 3:00PM
Status cards cost $10.
Please bring one of the following:
Driver’s License (Government Issued ID)
Birth Certificate
Passport
Alberta Health Card
For children, please bring their birth certificates and valid parent/guardian ID.
These clinics are for Siksika Nation members only.
