Siksika Nation Public Works is proud to recognize our Solid Waste and Roads Employee of the Month—an initiative launched in October 2025 to honour the hardworking individuals who help keep our Nation clean, safe, and accessible every day.
Our Solid Waste and Roads teams play a critical role in supporting community wellbeing and protecting essential infrastructure. Whether it’s domestic garbage collection, road maintenance, snow removal, or responding during emergencies, these employees show up in all conditions with professionalism, pride, and commitment to Siksika.
Each month, we recognize a team member who goes above and beyond through their work ethic, leadership, and reliability. This recognition highlights not only individual excellence, but also the strong teamwork that drives our Public Works department.
