We are accepting the Parent Receipt & Direct Deposit forms until November 6, 2026.
Any submissions after that date will not be accepted, and a physical cheque will be ready for December 2, 2026.
PARENT RECEIPT FORMS
Parents are required to complete a Parent Receipt Form on behalf of each child. A separate form must be completed for every child.

DIRECT DEPOSIT INFORMATION
You only need to submit direct deposit information if:
- Your banking information has changed; or
- You are signing up for direct deposit for the first time.

If you already receive direct deposit and your banking information has not changed, you do not need to resubmit it. Your current information remains on file.
There will be no direct deposit intake sessions, as it will be done online via Docusign. The only exception would be for Elder’s, direct deposit intake will be held only at the Elder’s Lodge, with the date and time to be announced.
