Status Card Clinic – January 20, 2026

Status card clinics will be held on the following dates.
– Tuesday, Jan. 20 and Thursday, Jan. 29 at Sunpark Plaza (60 Sunpark Plaza SE) from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
– Tuesday, Jan. 27, at Blackfoot Crossing Historical Park from 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM.
– Friday, Jan. 30, Siksika Group of Companies formerly (S.R.D.L) 9:30AM -3:30PM.
Status cards cost $10.
Please bring one of the following:
Driver’s License (Government Issued ID)
Birth Certificate
Passport
Alberta Health Card
For children, please bring their birth certificates and valid parent/guardian ID.
These clinics are for Siksika Nation members only.
