Status card clinics will be held throughout the month of February 2026.
Status cards cost $10.
Please bring one of the following:
Driver’s License (Government Issued ID)
Birth Certificate
Passport
Alberta Health Card
For children, please bring their birth certificates and valid parent/guardian ID.
These clinics are for Siksika Nation members only.
