Request A Housing Transfer

You may transfer a home by submitting a completed application form and supporting documentation.

 We require the following:

•  Completed application form
• A letter from the leaseholder requesting the transfer
• Submit the completed application form by email at housing@siksikanation.com

A tenant relations officer will contact you once the information is received and verify the documents.
