The Appeal Board is conducting the appeal in accordance with Siksika Election Code & Regulations. To that end we are required to notify all Candidates and inform them of the appeal. Candidates will be given an opportunity to respond to the appeal within a specified period of time. Once that is done the Appeal Board will conduct a hearing and make its determination. That process will take a number of weeks. Siksika Nation members will be informed of the outcome of the appeal once it is concluded.
