The next status card clinic, hosted by Siksika Membership, will be taking place tomorrow in Lethbridge, Alberta.

Time: 10:00AM – 3:00PM
Status cards cost $10.
Please bring one of the following:
– Driver’s License (Government Issued ID)
– Status Card
– Passport
– Alberta Health Care
For children, please bring their long form birth certificate and valid parent/guardian ID. Any applicable court orders must be provided at the time of application.
