Siksika Membership requires U.S. Residents to fill out the following U.S. mailing forms to receive their distribution.
PLEASE NOTE:
Please be advised that if the Siksika Membership Department does not receive your mail-out request form and parent receipt form for your minor child(ten) by the June 5, 2026, 4:30pm deadline, then cheques will be issued for pick-up or mail out.
Membership staff with be travelling to Browning, Montana on July 7, 2026 to distribute cheques in person and to mail out cheques to U.S. Siksika members.
After July 7, 2026, any distribution cheques mailed from Canada may take up to two months to arrive at their destination.
We encourage all members to submit the required forms before the deadline to avoid delays in receiving payments.
