The deadline to complete the PDD Comprehensive Quality of Life & Disability survey has been extended until April 3rd, 2026.
Surveyors are no longer in the community, but the online survey is still open, or you can bring one to the disability services office, and you will be issued a $20 gift card.

This information is very important for planning and sourcing funding to address the disabilities and services on the nation. This is the best time to get information to our departments and assist with the development of increased inclusivity for our whole nation and Blackfoot confederacy. We truly appreciate all the data received and are excited to be a part of such a great initiative.
