Siksika Nation Membership will be hosting Status Card Clinics at two locations in late April to support members in updating or obtaining their Siksika Nation cards.
Locations:
Siksika Group of Companies (Formerly S.R.D.L). 9:30am – 3:30pm. April 22.
Siksika Calgary Office 60 Sunpark Plaza S.E. 10:00am- 3:00pm. April 24.
Cards are $10.00, and valid identification is required. Adults must present one of the following: Alberta Driver’s License, Alberta Health Care, Passport, or Status Card. For children, a Long Form Birth Certificate and the parent’s valid identification are required, and any applicable court orders must be provided at the time of application.
Please be advised that the Siksika Membership Department will no longer accept cash payments. All payments must now be made using one of the following methods:
- Certified Money Orders, or
- E-Transfer to: Membershippayments@siksikanation.com
