Following the recent significant storm event, Housing is aware that some houses may have sustained damage, including issues affecting roofs and exterior structures.
Our Construction team is currently assessing reported concerns and prioritizing repairs; however, the safety of our staff and contractors remains our highest priority. Due to ongoing hazardous conditions, including unsafe roof access and weather-related risks, repair work requiring staff to be on rooftops or in other dangerous areas must be postponed until conditions are deemed safe.
We understand the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding. Housing will address all identified storm-related repairs as quickly as possible once it is safe for our staff and contractors to perform the work.
To request repairs to your home, please report it to the Housing Office, 403-734-5200 as soon as possible.
