This is a friendly reminder that Siksika Membership will be holding more status card clinics throughout the month of March, on the following dates:
Clinic 1:
March 16, 2026. Siksika Group of Companies (formerly S.R.D.L) Siksika, Alberta. 9:30AM – 3:00PM
Clinic 2:
March 25, 2026. Sandman Signature Lethbridge Lodge – 320 Scenic Drive South Lethbridge, Alberta. 10:00AM – 3:00PM
Clinic 3:
March 26, 2026. 65 Blackweasel Road (Tero Building) Browning, Montana. 1:00PM – 3:00PM
Status cards cost $10.
Please bring one of the following:
Driver’s License (Government Issued ID)
Status Card
Passport
Alberta Health Care
For children, please bring their long form birth certificate and valid parent/guardian ID. Any applicable court orders must be provided at the time of application.
