Siksika Membership will be hosting two clinics in late May to help Nation members update or obtain their status cards.
Clinic 1:
Date: May 20, 2026
Time: 9:30 am – 3:30 pm
Location: Siksika Group of Companies – Siksika, Alberta
Clinic 2:
Date: May 21, 2026
Time: 10:00 am – 3:30 pm
Location: Siksika Calgary Office 60 Sunpark Plaza S.E – Calgary, Alberta
Cards are $10.00, and valid identification is required.
Adults must present one of the following:
- Alberta Driver’s License
- Alberta Health Care
- Passport
- Status Card
For children, a Long Form Birth Certificate and the parent’s valid identification are required, and any applicable court orders must be provided at the time of application.
Please be advised that the Siksika Membership Department will no longer accept cash payments. All payments must now be made using Certified Money Orders, or E-Transfer to: Membershippayments@siksikanation.com
