Environment Canada has issued a severe thunderstorm Watch.
Conditions in the Siksika region are favourable for the development of severe thunderstorms that may be capable of producing strong wind gusts, large hail and heavy rain. These thunderstorms will develop in the area this afternoon and evening. The threat of these storms will continue into the overnight hours.
Stay indoors when the weather is stormy, and refrain from traveling on the highways until rain has subsided. Report any damage to roads and homes due to storm damage.
