Reporting Dog Bite/ Attack
If you have experienced an aggressive dog encounter, including attack or bite, call Siksika Nation Public Safety Dispatch Line at 403-734-3815 immediately to report the incident. Timeliness of reporting such incidents is vital to isolate the offending dog.

Spay/ Neuter Clinics
Siksika Nation has partnered with the Canadian Animal Task Force to control the pet population on the Nation. Clinics offer free tattooing and spay/ neutering of dogs and cats free of charge.

Rehoming Your Pet
Do you have an animal that you can no longer care for? Call Animal Services to discuss your situation.
We can help address and possibly resolve the challenges you may be facing that prevents you from keeping your animal. We can also help make arrangements for the animal to be rehomed.

Animal Services has programming that can help both new and current animal owners learn effective strategies to ensure animal health and wellbeing, and how to ensure responsible ownership with respect for neighbours.
