Siksika Land Management has been tasked to create the following survey for information-gathering purposes for community members interest in a cannabis dispensary for the sale of cannabis products on Siksika Nation lands. Completing the survey will help make sure that your input is included in the essential information addressed throughout the survey questions.

Survey questions are multiple choice and will identify the consumer needs of Siksika both recreationally and medically. Please make your answers as specific to your needs as possible. Also, your input is of value even if you do not consume or purchase cannabis products.

Your participation in this survey will add a great value to determine if cannabis dispensaries could be considered on Siksika. Please fill out the survey here by the date listed on the survey form.
